Island Retreat Get Aways
I have been working with Island Retreats recently based here in Jersey. They are offering a 4 night stay at The St Brelades Bay hotel in May next year. I have created some great dishes for them to have on the retreat, which are all both nutritionally balanced and taste great. I like to use local produce so have used these where possible.
When i think of re-treats i often think of the food being tasteless, with portions to feed a small animal, and imagine people sneaking off to get a ‘proper’ meal. But this retreat is different. I have created food that is healthy but also does not starve you and tastes good. Healthy food does not need to consist of 1 lettuce leaf on a plateful of tomatoes and nothing else.
Island Retreats is offering a four night get away, packed full of activities from surfing to yoga and mindfulness workshops, and spa treatments.
