I am a certified Nutritional Therapist, (Level 3) Pilates Teacher, Freelance writer and animal lover. I love to write about food, share ideas, and help people using the healing power of foods.
I believe that by exercising, looking at ways of reducing stress in your life and eating the right foods are the key to a healthier happier life.
Your mood is inextricably linked to foods, and I look to explore this theory through my blog to enable you to pick the foods to suit your mood.
I will also be looking at how your mood can be connected to your lifestyle habits, and the science behind mood foods, and how eating the right foods can help particular health conditions.
As my blog has grown I have included other subjects such as ‘How to’ and ‘Shopping’ to expand on the lifestyle side of my blog.
The recipes in this blog are designed to be healthy, with a particular focus on omitting processed sugar and using more natural alternatives.
